| Summary |
Summary The ALSC lumber program, operating under the Board of Review, currently has 30 accredited independent third-party agencies headquartered throughout the United States and Canada. Current operations of these agencies extend to approximately 1000 mills and 850 heat treat operations in over 15 different countries. Each of these 31 agencies, whether they be rules writing and grading agencies, grading agencies alone, or agencies providing heat treatment audit services only, operates under one or more of the seven sets of grading rules certified by the Board of Review as conforming to the American Softwood Lumber Standard PS 20. A list of the current accredited agencies, and for what they are accredited can be found on our UT facsimile list. |
